2004 Green Party Campaign

Ballot Access
The Green Party once again must fight to get onto the Texas ballot. In order for the Green Party to appear on the Texas ballot, we will need to collect thousands of signatures on a ballot petition. You can help get us on the ballot!

See the main Ballot Access Petition Drive page HERE for more details

HCGP Mailout Ballot
The Green Party holds Grassroots Democracy as a key value; each and every person must have a part in building consensus, especially for major decisions. Earlier this year, we asked for your opinion about the 2004 campaign by sending a ballot to everyone who has identified themselves as a Green in Harris and surrounding counties. If you have not received your ballot, please email your current contact information to hcgp@hcgp.org.

IF YOU HAVE NOT YET MAILED IT,
PLEASE FIX OUR ADDRESS
correct ZIP code is 77018.

The ballot asks for your opinion about how to run the presidential campaign: play it safe? run all-out? or run and hide? See some of your responses.

Candidates
You may see a preliminary list of candidates for the area in and around Harris County HERE. Many of these will not be official until ratification at the Green Party of Texas state convention in Bastrop, June 12-13, 2004, but all have filed with Tx SoS. (See also the statewide LIST of potential candidates._
